A special thanks to
MATT CARSCADDEN
who raised $2,165 for Georgetown Special Olympics

Matt Carscadden is a physically mature and talented 1B.   Matt possesses power to all fields and an advanced approach to hitting with good knowledge of the strike zone and plate discipline.   Matt’s flashes true loft power during BP and in-game as well.    He has worked hard to become a very solid defender at 1B.   Matt exhibits good instincts and soft-hands.

In addition to his physical maturity, Matt is an extraordinarily mature young man by any standards.   He is an exceptional teammate and well liked by his peers and coaches alike.   He is able to accept instruction and implement new ideas and concepts into his game.   Matt’s work ethic is second-to-none as he works exceptionally hard in the classroom, on the field, in the cage and in the weight room.   Matt is a very well-rounded young person who is both a gifted athlete and excellent student. – Coach Dan Bleiwas
